Our mission is to combat the opioid epidemic and prevent overdose deaths by making these customized machines more widely available in public places, such as community centers, police stations, and harm reduction organizations.
6. What features does the outdoor package include?
The outdoor package on the new outdoor and temperature controlled machines, features maximum durability to withstand the elements. It comes with rain guards, anti-pry covers, and an impact-resistant polycarbonate window cover with a steel frame to protect both the machine and the products inside.
7. How can I learn how to operate the machine?
We offer free training at our facility in Muskego, Wisconsin by appointment, prior to delivery. If you’re out of state, we also offer training over video with Google Meet. This gives you the opportunity to learn how to operate the machine and ask our certified and trained technician any questions.
8. What is the payment structure for the machines?
We require a 50% deposit to hold refurbished equipment or place a new machine order and begin the setup of the machine. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the setup process and prior to delivery or shipping.
